  • Returns Accepted Under Specific Conditions: We accept reutns only in cases where the item received is not as described in the product listing or if it arrives damaged.
  • Initiating A Return: Buyers must initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. Any return request made after this period will not be considered.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, log into Your Kitchen Kupboard. Select the desired return order. Select Request Return. Please enter as much detail as possible and submit pictures if possible. If you do not have an account with Kitchen Switchen, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the buyer will not be eligible for refund.
  • Refund Process: Once the Seller receives the returned item and verifies its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on the Sellers part or if the item is damaged upon arrival.
  • Exclusions: Please note that items purchased directly from Kitchen Switchen are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer’s Protection:

When purchasing a refurbished item on Kitchen Switchen, your payment is held until the order is received. If the received item doesn't match the description, a return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Failure to submit a return request within this timeframe results in the release of your payment to the seller, finalizing the sale.
